Cross country Run against the Drug Addiction
The department of Physical Education Department of R.P School Alamdar Colony conducted Annual Cross Country Run under the theme of “ Run against Drug Addiction’ on the 3rd May 2019. The race was flagged off by G.N.Var , the Chairman of J&K Private Schools Association at 6:00 a.m in the morning. The event was conducted in two phases. The first phase consisted of the 4th and 5th standard and the second phase consisted of the 1st,2nd, and 3rd classes. The race started at Nishat Garden and concluded at Dood Mohallah Shalimar Garden. From each group the total number of five positions were declared and the same were rewarded with the medals and certificates in the school premises. Honourable chief guest, Mr.G.N Var threw the light on the importance of games and sports. There was large a gathering of parents and well wishers. At last the Principal, Mr G.Q. Jellani paid the vote of thanks to the audience.
